The Healing Bra

For Customers: It's important to clarify that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times that you will see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Warning: there might be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Online Purchase Only - No In-store pickup available 

Currently, there is no brick-and-mortar store where you can pick up The Healing Bra. All sales and transactions are conducted online via this website. 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thehealingbras@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thehealingbras@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

At The Healing Bras, your satisfaction and comfort are extremely important to us. However due to the intimate and therapeutic nature of our products, including The Healing Bra and The Healing Pads, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

All sales are final

This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and care for our customers, many of whom are undergoing sensitive medical treatments or recovery processes. Once a product has been shipped, it cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances.

What To Do if You No Longer Need Your Healing Bra or Pads

If you have purchased a Healing Bra or Pads and find that you are unable to use it, we encourage you to consider donating the unused item (in its original packaging and unworn condition) to a local nonprofit or women's health organization. You may also reach out to us directly at thehealingbras@gmail.com to learn more about donation options through our community and hospital partnerships.

These donations often go to women in need who are undergoing breast cancer treatment, post-operative care, or other breast health challenges. Your generosity can make a real difference.

Exchange Policy (Bra Garment Size Only)

We do offer size exchanges for The Healing Bra garments under the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• The request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are only available for a different size of the same garment.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
